I imagine that the process is similar on other phones. Open the signature tab and fill in your signature. Check the two boxes for when to apply and that should do it. Scroll down and find 'Email Signature' entry box. Simply fill in what you want and click 'Save Preferences'. On left select 'Signature' and type what you want in the entry box on right. Click the 'Show a signature on all outgoing messages' radio button, above entry box, and click 'Save Changes'.
